Ann Veronica Janssens (°1956, Folkestone, UK) is a well known contemporary visual artist. Her work is shown on the international scene since the beginning of the 1990s. She has represented Belgium on the 48th Venice Biennale in 1999. In spring 2017 the « Institut d’art contemporain » de Vileurbanne (FR) has dedicated a major retrospective to the life and work of the artist. She currently lives and works in Brussels (BE).
